In this CCNS Roundtable, Admiral Insurance will showcase their journey through the changing landscape of Diversity and Inclusion in the contact centre workspace. Admiral’s successes and challenges will inform a larger discussion allowing attendees to promote ideas and share best practices from their organizations.

About the facilitator:

Erin Storer, Human Resources Project Manager, Admiral Insurance

Erin has been an employee of Admiral for over 12 years. After finishing her degree at Saint Mary’s University, she joined the HR team and has been the Diversity and Inclusion Committee Coordinator since the committee’s inception in 2019.
