After many years of bringing together professionals across Nova Scotia's contact centre industry, Contact Centre Nova Scotia (CCNS) has made the difficult decision to dissolve the organization.
Since our beginning, CCNS has been dedicated to fostering collaboration, professional development, networking, and knowledge sharing within our industry. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our members, volunteers, sponsors, partners, event participants, and Board of Directors.
To everyone who has been part of the CCNS journey—thank you. Your passion, commitment, and willingness to connect and support one another helped build a strong and vibrant professional community that has left a lasting impact.
While this chapter is coming to a close, we are incredibly proud of everything we accomplished together. The relationships formed, the conversations shared, and the opportunities created over the years will continue to inspire long after CCNS has concluded its work.
Over the coming weeks, we will complete the formal process of winding down the organization and will share updates as appropriate.
