You’re invited! Contact Centre Nova Scotia is pleased to host its next Lunch & Learn webinar on Ergonomics: The Best Way to Organize Your Workstation.

TIME: 12 – 1 P.M. AST

In this lunch and learn we’ll address the importance of an appropriate office workstation set up with a focus on the home office environment. We will cover some of the best practices for setting up an at-home workstation, the importance of movement in your workday, and some “home hacks” that can be used to help make you more comfortable and effective when working from home. There will be time allotted for questions, so feel free to bring any questions or comments!

About the facilitator:

Shawn Budden

Shawn has worked as an ergonomist with the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) for the past two years. He completed an undergraduate and master’s degree in kinesiology at the Memorial University of Newfoundland. His work with WCB is in a coaching role where he engages with a variety of employers around Nova Scotia to help support them in preventing musculoskeletal injuries in the workplace.
