On June 4, 2026, the Contact Centre Nova Scotia (CCNS) community came together for a truly memorable evening as we celebrated 20 years of connection, collaboration, and excellence.
The CCNS Gala 2026 – Celebrating 20 Years brought together members, industry leaders, partners, sponsors, and guests from across Nova Scotia to recognize the people and organizations that have helped shape and strengthen our contact centre community over the past two decades.
The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, new and renewed connections, well-deserved recognition, and moments of celebration that reflected the spirit of collaboration that has always been at the heart of CCNS.
