Lunch & Learn – June 23, 2022
WHAT: CCNS Lunch & Learn Webinar: Psychological Safety at Work
WHEN: June 23, 2022, at 12 pm
Have you ever thought “I better not say anything…” or “I don’t want anyone to think I don’t know what I’m doing…”? That’s low psychological safety at work – the “in the moment” self-talk an individual has about the risk of speaking up and bringing their whole selves to work. What if you had a team where people spoke up when confused or presented with work mistakes – and that feedback was well received! What if, despite the complexity and uncertainty of our work, we felt confident enough to speak up when unsure? How do we create that level of safety across the team, across the organization, and across the project?
In our Lunch & Learn we will explore some of the key concepts and the competencies that can be developed to create psychologically safe workplaces.
