CCNS’s Awards Gala is a celebration of the Contact Centre Industry in Nova Scotia with a specific focus on agents and companies that deserve the highest accolades as determined by their peers and community.
This year’s gala will be held on Friday, May 1, 2020, at The Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax.
Award winners will be recognized as the “Best of the Best” within their company and the industry. There are six categories of awards for which member companies can nominate their employees or teams.

Each table purchased entitles your organization to 6 nominees, you can nominate multiple people in each category.

The Community Spirit award recognizes outstanding voluntary contributions made by an individual or team to the citizens/communities of Nova Scotia. The award recipients are selected for demonstrating tremendous spirit and enriching both their workplace and their community.
The Motivation Award recognizes a person who exemplifies a positive outlook and attitude. Characteristics include: inspiring, optimistic, encouraging, the cheerleader, fun, selfless, the person others turn to for help, reliable, the team player with the “CAN DO” spirit.
The Supporter Award recognizes a support group or individual (non-front line associates) who has made a substantial contribution to your business and /or your employees. These are the unsung heroes who work behind the scenes to support teams.
The Sales Award recognizes an associate that truly demonstrates and exemplifies a Sales Culture. This person inspires others in the sales process either by modeling the way or assisting others.
The Leader of the Year award recognizes a management team member who has demonstrated leadership by having a positive impact on the workplace which has impacted company performance.
The Employee of the Year award recognizes an employee who has demonstrated a positive contribution to customer service, their workplace environment, performance management, and the community.
