First and foremost you need to ensure that the applications that you are purchasing are tightly integrated into a real-time IP network. By doing this, you essentially have the ability to leverage the cost of a network with the cost of application and network at the same time. In addition, when considering a host solution I would highly encourage looking at them to not only addresses what the call center needs may be, but what their contact center needs may be.
